The aim of the conference is to connect the academic environment with real management practice and open a discussion on the form of leadership in 2030 – leadership that is digital, responsible, and sustainable. Participants will meet the finalists and winners of the prestigious Manager of the Year 2024 award, who will share their experiences from business, public administration, and the non-profit sector.
Inspiration from the best across sectors
The conference program is divided into thematic panels that reflect the key challenges of contemporary organizational management. The morning session will open with a panel dedicated to innovation, digitization, and the use of artificial intelligence in management practice. The discussion will focus on how the role of managers is changing in the digital age and how data and AI can support better decision-making.
Another important topic will be the role of women in leadership and sustainable business, with female managers from major Czech and international organizations sharing their experiences. The afternoon sessions will offer insights into responsible management in public administration and management in humanitarian and social services, where leadership is often associated with limited resources and high social responsibility.
Networking, sharing experiences, and the opportunity to shadow managers
The conference is not just about listening – emphasis is also placed on networking and active participation. The program includes a networking lunch and an informal conclusion with a glass of wine. In addition, there is a special opportunity for students and young professionals – the chance to shadow a selected manager, offering unique insight into everyday management practice.
