How can we further develop our students' knowledge while strengthening the competitiveness of the companies we work with?

A major innovation in the faculty's cooperation with companies is its participation in the international project EDIH II – DIGIMAT (Flexible Manufacturing Systems Using Artificial Intelligence), implemented as part of the Digital Europe program and the DIGITAL-2025-EDIH-EU-EEA-08-CONSOLIDATION call.

Cooperation with the practice includes tailored training, long-term corporate training, financial literacy, employee ethics, analysis and problem-solving through the JobCentre UTB, specific workshops, and involvement in research projects funded by EU and national sources.

The Faculty of Management and Economics (FaME) of Tomas Bata University (UTB) in Zlín and the Tomas Bata Foundation organized a unique event with a long tradition in Zlín.

Under this title, Cedefop organized a virtual conference last week on micro-certificates' role in education and training for the labor market and employment.
